At Bamsedyra, I built this business with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in mind. One of the SDGs focuses on people—and that includes the customers who choose to shop with me. I believe in offering good-quality products at fair prices. While I need to earn a profit to make a living and grow the business, I’m a proud socialist and not in this to get rich. That’s why I’m excited to introduce Bamsedyra's Price Promise, starting in 2025.

Here’s how it works:

• Transparent Pricing: All products are priced with a standard margin of around 60%. For example, if I purchase a product for kr100, I will sell it for kr250. This margin ensures I can cover business expenses, taxes, and a modest salary while staying competitive.
• Fair Comparisons: I will actively compare my prices to those of other vendors and aim to price match whenever possible. This ensures you’re paying a fair amount for the products you buy.
• Responsible Discounts: I believe in honest pricing. I won’t push unnecessary purchases through frequent sales or artificial discounts. Discounts will only be applied to products that don’t sell as expected at full price or during times when more liquidity is needed for the business.
• Price History Transparency: I will aim to provide a clear price history for all my products, so you can see how prices are determined over time.
